Morris Brothers Band are a British unique modern rock band from South-Devon, formed in 2001 and comprising Jas Morris (vocals, guitar), Dan Morris (bass guitar, vocals) and D Collings (drums). Occasionally Dick Morris (guitar, vocals) may step in. The band blends alternative/classic rock, progressive/melodic rock and modern influences to form a very unique and distinguished sound.

They are very well known for their energetic live performances and passionate stage animation - which mixed with outstanding musical ability is a show that should never go unsighted.

They have released four studio albums and one EP to date of which have sold in their thousands. Quite an accomplishment considering they are still unsigned, though current negotiations with labels are in progress.

Headlining at Devon's Air Fusion Festival in 2006

Morris Brothers Band have shared the stage with many notible acts, including Johnny Winter, Wishbone Ash, The Troggs, Chicken Shack, Walter Trout, Cliff Moore, Robin Trower, and Larry Miller. Back in 2003, front man Jas Morris won the UK's Best Guitarist Of The Year competition against several thousand entrants through-out the UK & Europe. Since then he has gained recognition in music publications and press, which in turn is vital in pushing the Morris Brothers Band forward to their imminent success. More recently Jas was a finalist in the massive GUITAR IDOL 2008 Competition open to guitarists worldwide.

Previously playing majorly on the 'pub-circuit' the band is now moving to recognised music venues gaining a huge following and now spreading much further afield - playing festivals and established music venues all over the UK including the North-Wales CAPEL ROCK FESTIVAL, Worcester's Prestigious  HUNTINGDON HALL and Chesterfield's WINDING WHEEL THEATRE.  Future dates in Europe are also being planned including dates in Sweden and Holland. Headlining major festivals & clubs on the under-ground music scene is something the Morris Brothers Band have become akin to.
